Dr. Marina Iskhakova is Founder and Director of Orange Cultures and a Lecturer and Academic Porgram Manager at Australian National University.
She is result-oriented, energetic, ambitious and open-minded Cross-Cultural Professional. She has strong academic background with PhD in HR from Russia and MBA in Strategic Leadership from Norway/China with focus on Asian Business Environment. Marina started her professional career in the Research Department of Stockholm School of Economics in Russia in 1997, where at the first time she was exposed to different cultures. She is also a distinct entrepreneur, starting her first business – extreme teambuilding company at the age of 26 in Russia, in St. Petersburg and being able to contribute to development of effective business teams in Russia.
At the different stages of her life Marina lived and worked in Russia, Norway, China, USA, UK and now in Australia. First several year in Australia Marina had been working as a Lecturer in International College of Management Sydney and have been teaching Cross-Cultural Management and Asian Business Environment and then at Curtin University. Starting 2016, Marina has moved to Canberra to serve Public Sector and Government clients.
